Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by location.

3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days for unopened products in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@healthfactors.net with your order number.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
Please report any damaged or missing items within 5 business days of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned due to safety and quality regulations.
